this coffee comes from the constantly inventive mind of andres cardona on his family farm villa lucia, where he’s been working since he was 12 years old. purple honey is aimed to enhance sweetness and balance by fermenting the coffee cherry with actual honey. after a 96 hour fermentation it’s dried in a silo as a natural process, furthering the sweetness even more.
